- Geotechnical site investigation Planning and conducting ground investigations through borehole logging, soil and rock sampling, and laboratory testing, then interpreting geotechnical data to assess ground stability and inform foundation design
- Environmental impact assessment Collecting baseline environmental data (air, water, soil, ecology), modelling potential project impacts, evaluating mitigation strategies, and producing regulatory reports to support planning approval
- Hydrological and flood risk modelling Developing and calibrating watershed and river models using GIS and simulation software, analysing rainfall–runoff behaviour, and generating flood risk maps to inform infrastructure and land-use planning
