ALUMNI'S VOICE
Prior to 2021, I spent over seven years at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in a variety of roles spanning programme and project management. From 2018 onwards, I was embedded within a technology accelerator at NTU, where I worked at the interface of research innovation and industry, leading corporate innovation programmes and supporting startup-commercialisation efforts in partnership with global MNCs.
Pursuing the NTU-University of Manchester Joint Master's in Project Management from 2016 to 2019 while managing these portfolios, was pivotal in shaping my leadership and management approach. The programme equipped me with advanced methodologies in stakeholder engagement, strategic execution, and complex project delivery, competencies that proved invaluable in translating research into real-world impact.
Since 2021, I’ve leveraged this experience in the healthcare innovation space, beginning with strategic partnerships. I'm currently serving as a senior manager in the management office at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI). A career highlight has been the upcoming CHI@Campuses initiative, a hub-and-spoke model driving healthcare innovation across public hospitals through capability building, platform development, and adoption. The degree fundamentally reinforced my ability to lead cross-sectoral, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder initiatives with precision and purpose.
